Return & Exchange Conditions:

       1.For all return items, please include original packaging and tags and ensure they are in brand new condition.

       2.You must include a return form with every return; you can obtain this form by contacting our customer service team.

      3.Please make your return within fifteen (15) days of the delivery date.

      4.We do not accept items that show signs of use, alteration, washing, or damage.

Non-returnable items:

We cannot accept returns for personalized or customized items, items marked as final sale, or gift cards and vouchers.

General Return Process:

      1.To begin, contact our customer service team to initiate a return request and receive a return form.

      2.Then, fill out the return form and include it with your return package.

      3.After that, pack the item securely, and include any accessories, tags, and original packaging.

      4.Finally, ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.

Return Charge:

The customer pays all shipping charges for returns or exchanges, except when the item arrives damaged or defective.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If we approve your return, we will process a refund to your original method of payment within 14 business days. The time it takes for the refund to post to your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.

Order Cancellations:

We cannot cancel orders after we ship them. If you wish to cancel an order that we have already shipped, please initiate a return once you receive the item.

Product Damage:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. We will provide a return label and instructions on how to return the item.
